Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional focused on Marketing and Branding who is looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling platform. The person shall be responsible for: - Communication - Design and Own the Website, Marketing Collateral and other external and internal communication of the firm - Content - Create periodic content to showcasing products and their performances by partnering closely with products heads - Marketing - Run the marketing strategy, the digital media strategy and other presence enhancement initiatives of the firm - PR - Identify and Coordinate with external PR agencies/media firms and build presence for the firm and its partners - Events - Conceptualize, design and execute internal and external events for the firm Skills and Requirements: Experience: - of 8-12 years in a similar role. - of covering financial markets at a Media/News organization, or similar experience at an asset management firm would be preferred - in content creation, branding and developing presence across digital and physical media is essential Qualifications and Background: - Marketing, Business Management or similar qualifications from top tier academic institutions - Sound knowledge of marketing and campaign coordination tools DNA: - High energy, driven with an ability to meet targets & deadlines and report &amp; present to leadership group - Exceptional relationship building skills - Proven stakeholder management skills within a fast paced, agile environment - Possess budget management and project management skills Compensation shall be discussed with shortlisted individuals and shall be at par with industry norms.
