Job Description: We are seeking two experienced professionals focused on building Relationship with the product teams and relationship managers at large distributors and wealth management firms (3-5 years experience). The person shall be responsible for: - Building coverage, creating, and managing relationships with large Distributors and boutique Wealth Management firms along with their teams and clients - Planning and executing activities to drive sales, increase AUM and market share for the assigned Channel. - Working closely with the Head of Distribution and generating intelligence for the platform towards improving the existing products and launching of new products/strategies - Capturing data, analysing it and generating actionable inputs for performance evaluation and improvement across various distributors - Designing and implementing various events, contests and promotional activities to ensure visibility within the distributor community from a business development perspective. Desired Profile: - MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or large distribution firms - Ideally a good understanding of equity markets, commodity markets, and asset management; - Team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills; - Intellectually strong with high levels of energy; - Passionate to be a part of building and creating a global quality and scale organization; - Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills; - Above all, a pleasant outgoing personality with a keen desire to build and nurture new relationships - Only candidates with stellar academic credentials shall apply.
