Hiring for Financial Modeling

Level: Manager

Experience: 4-6 years in transactions, strategic consulting In Private Equity Firm/ Big 4/ IPCC Qualification- CA/ MBA Finance

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods

- Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations

- Monitoring investment portfolio and recommending creative alternatives/ corrective measures to improve financial performance

- Financial planning and Analysis (Budgeting, forecasting) and MIS

Decision support - Actual Vs Budget - Variance Analysis

- Preparation of detailed financial models including cash flow projections, determining the evaluation of an enterprise using various valuation methods, and preparing a detailed business plan.

- Co-ordinate with clients, bankers, counterparties, etc. determining issues and arranging for strategic advice,

- Preparing risk analyses and financial and investment reports.

- Apply commercial understanding of the financial and legal value drivers that support or discredit the feasibility of any investment proposal.
