Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over 8000cr of assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We operate across various alternative spaces like Equities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit Commodities and Quant. Our products span across various investment structures such as NBFC (ND-SI), AIF (Cat II & III), PMS, Investment advisory and Gift City.

Our team consists of 150+ people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities. We are strongly performance driven and look for people who share a similar DNA.

We are seeking an experienced professional focused on Investor Relations - Distributor Relationships (5-10 years' experience) who is looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling platform.

Key Responsibilities :

The person shall be responsible:

- Managing large Distributors and boutique Wealth Management firms along with their teams and clients

- Do client meetings as and when required.

- Responsible for planning and executing activities to drive sales, increase AUM and market share for the assigned Channel.

- Recommending market research-based strategies to the Reporting Manager to contribute to the business plan and outcomes.

- Roll out sales strategy and tracks market share and gross sales to ensure that the region delivers the channel targets

- Planning and monitoring activities aimed at increasing penetration across the distributor base to achieve and exceed AUM and Market Share.

- Developing consolidated reports and reports performance of various distributors on monthly basis and takes corrective measures for any deviations from required achievements.

- Working closely with the Reporting Manager to provide feedback from the market and follows up on action plans set out by the Reporting Manager.

- Designing and implementing various events, contests and promotional activities to ensure visibility within the distributor community from a business development perspective.

- Meeting distributors on a regular basis and identifies potential ones to be earmarked for higher business opportunities and drive distributor engagement programs for respective channel.

Qualifications :

- MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Previous experience in wealth management

- Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills

Higher preference will be given to candidates that have direct work experience.

Compensation :

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be best in the industry and will be of no constraint to the right candidate. In the long run, if one does well, will earn disproportionately higher value for self.

Location : Delhi, Bangalore.
