A definite requirement for the candidate is to have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, ability to multi-task and work seamlessly in an unstructured environment. Only candidates with excellent academic credentials such as IITs, IIMs, CA rank holders, DSE, Stephens, SRCC or equivalent will be considered. - Associates will get a unique opportunity to team up with VPs or Partners on live investment opportunities across one or more asset classes for deal or trade evaluation, developing financial models, researching concepts, structuring and execution related responsibilities. - A successful candidate should expect to get very high quality on-the-job experience and strong mentoring under professionals from premier international and Indian business schools with global experience. - Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.
