The company has been growing aggressively and plans to quadruple its revenues and people strength by expanding its presence pan India through large format stores and other innovative channels.   About Alpha Alternatives :   We are an asset management company with interest in private equity & credit, public equities and commodities. As part of our private equity effort, we work closely with our Portfolio companies in their business strategy formulation and execution efforts. We are looking for an executive level candidate to head the HR function of one of our portfolio companies.   Reporting into the CEO,  - You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to the organization, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, training, learning and development   - Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met   - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate and also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch   - Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals within the set HR budgets   - Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.   - Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives   - Formulation and execution of Training and L&D programs will be particularly important for this role as the organization scales up to hire hundreds of new sales and service professionals   As a successful candidate you should have :   - 10-15 years of HR Generalist experience in hiring, training and building organization strategy and have rich experience in Talent Management   - At least 5 years experience in a high growth sales environment is a must  - Jewelry, Retail, Hospitality or other services experience will be preferred
