Alpha Alternatives is looking at highly talented, smart and ambitious professional to drive the Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) business. The candidate will be responsible for creating high quality investment products (linear as well as non-linear) for domestic and international markets using both discretionary and systematic trading strategies. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional to join as a senior member, build out a successful business with a high quality team and participate in its upside. Experience : - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in fixed income/currency trading - Ideally worked at large global hedge funds, asset management firms, CTAs, prop desks - Designed various momentum/trend and mean reversion strategies across asset classes - Solid understanding of Indian and global markets, especially inter-linkages between FX and FI - Hands on experience of building trading models/strategies shall be preferred - Ideal candidate will have a strong fundamental base in FX/FI and some international exposure - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics and/or Engineering from IITs or equivalent Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates.
