Alpha Alternatives is a multi-asset class alternatives asset management platform based out of India and Singapore, with over Rs 12,000 Crores of Assets under management, and deep focus on alpha generation. We are passionate about finding alternative investment opportunities that can deliver superior risk-return characteristics. We operate across various alternative spaces like Commodities, Equities, Absolute Returns, Structured Credit, Fixed Income and Quant. Our products span across various investment structures such as AIF, PMS, NBFC and FPI.

Our team consists of 170+ people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Associate specializing in event management, social media, and marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.

Qualification & Background :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 3-5 years of marketing experience with focus on event management and social media.

- Preferred experience in the financial services industry.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Event Management :

- Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, conferences, webinars, and networking sessions.

- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and vendor coordination.

- Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional materials for successful execution.

- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback collection.

2. Social Media Management:

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Schedule and publish social media posts, maintaining brand messaging and voice consistency.

- Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and respond appropriately.

- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy.

3. Marketing Collaterals:

- Collaborate with the product team to create brochures, presentations, and flyers.

- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals to stakeholders.

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms.

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

This will be a fulltime Work from Office role at our Mumbai office. Candidates from outside Mumbai must have clarity on relocating to Mumbai.
