You will be joining a team of highly motivated individuals, and help build a cutting edge algorithmic execution platform. - This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to join as a core team member and be a part of building a high-quality quant platform. Key Responsibilities: - Building a cutting edge execution platform - Developing a suite of execution algorithms using market microstructure and order data - Working along with Strategists and back-testing various ideas and trading strategies targeting high risk adjusted returns - Tackle operational challenges and take responsibility for smooth functioning of our automated trading systems - Monitoring PnL and making adjustments to parameters of trading strategies - Improving execution logic, analysing slippages and impact costs, and finding ways to improve PnL - Researching potential trading ideas and helping to devise new trading strategies Experience &amp; Skills: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in algorithmic execution / research at a HFT / quantitative / prop trading firm / investment bank - Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to deploy these skills in fast-paced environment - Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering from T-1 or equivalent institutes - Excellent programming skills in either Python or C/C++/C# is a must Compensation: Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates.
