Almo is a fast growing digital first brand in the men's premium innerwear segment, launched in June 2020 in a short span Almo has established itself as a leading player in the d2c space, led by a core team that comes with significant domain expertise across digital marketing & supply chain. Almo is funded by some of the leading entrepreneurs and investors from the startup ecosystem and is lately building its management team towards rapid scale up plans, as part of which it is looking for a dynamic leader on its Paid Media side to join the Almo.

Location: Gurgaon

Designation: Paid Media Manager Reporting to: Co-Founder

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should specialise in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and other platforms like Linkedin, Snapchat, Instagram etc. Will be Responsible for handling day-to-day Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid campaigns.

- Execute our paid-media strategy for optimal use of media spend to drive RoAS and brand awareness

- Execute data-driven media plans for new and existing marketing channels

- Maintain a strong handle on KPIs of each channel and take optimal actions proactively

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness and RoAS of all paid channel activitiesTake ownership of

campaign performance and drive proactive actions to constantly improve performanceCreate eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads - A/B testing.

- Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and have possessed an added value

- Ability to deep-dive into on-platform channel data and Google Analytics data

- Experience with Google Suite

- Keep learning. Study various online tools in order to master them for future courses thus aiding the brand

Requirements:

- Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years'of in depth experience with either Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) or PPC (YouTube, Google Search, and Display) advertising channelsAlmo wear Private Limited.
