Almo is funded by some of the leading entrepreneurs and investors from the startup ecosystem and is lately building its management team towards rapid scale-up plans, as part of which it is looking for a dynamic leader on its Captive side to join the Almo.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the digital marketing & ecommerce P&L
- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, revenue and profit
- Oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across the online platform, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
- Leverage your extensive experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the ecommerce platform
- Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise
- Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
- Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and drive growth;
- In-depth experience with E-commerce

- Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing efforts - Search, email, social media, affiliate, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and optimise the performance of all marketing campaigns towards the set goals for awareness, acquisition and referral
- Setup and deploy lifecycle management campaigns that maintain journeys, triggers, and automation with content.
- Unearth insights from data and optimise for scale with RoI
- Build and execute growth marketing strategies through experiments
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing all channels of digital marketing preferably in a brand format
- Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc
- Obsessed with metrics such as CAC, ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, retention etc.
- Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
- Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
- Own site optimisation and A/B testing to deliver conversion growth.
- Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of relevant and demonstrable experience in digital / E-commerce or start-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.

Industry standard CTC + attractive ESOP's as part of core team member
