- Develop, implement and manage an annual marketing strategy, work plan and budget to build our profile and audiences. - Collaborate across departments to achieve reader engagement targets on all platforms. - Implement a series of marketing campaigns throughout the year in collaboration with the digital team to raise awareness of the content and services that AlmaBetter offers, and measure the impact of these campaigns. - Monitor and adapt social media strategy as part of the marketing strategy with other relevant departments, posting content, keeping up-to-date with developments as well as ensuring consistent branding across networks. - Produce, edit and distribute all promotional material required to support these campaigns and meet the needs of a variety of audiences in electronic format - Work with the digital team to create and implement SEO campaigns and other activities, such as managing Google Adwords, to increase the reach of the organisation on search engines and across online media.
