Alluma - Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Description :

- Expert in Transfer Pricing

- Preparation and submission of regulatory returns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)

- In depth knowledge of Internal controls, Auditing, Costing, Statutory compliances, indirect and direct taxes & Company affairs/ROC matters.

- Supervision and performance management of direct reports - setting objectives, regular reviews and staff development

- Oversee operation of Accounting Department with all routine compliances like- GST, PF, PT, TDS, TCS, ST, ED, VAT etc

- Monitoring and maintenance of the General Ledger, Financial accounts and Management accounts

- Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success of the corporation.

- Responsible for the annual budget process, provide monthly reviews and implementing Business plans and other programs.

- Liaison with internal audit and external auditors and provision of relevant backup and commentary to auditors

- Tax computations and submissions, including supporting paperwork

- Provision of robust and targeted Management Information, regular reporting to enable effective monitoring/control of the business and for informed decision making, in line with the bank's strategy.

- Working knowledge of Accounting standard.

- NBFC /BFSI or Big4 accounting firm experience will be preferred.
