Allstate - Transition Lead

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end transitions within the Operations division for Allstate India

- Review operational requirements and co-ordinate creation of process documents such as SOPs, training plans, metrics and other operational support documents

- Create and maintain transition project documents such as Transition Plan, Action and Issue Logs, Risk Tracker, Communication Plan etc.

- Own and facilitate toll-gate meetings

- Publish project status reports, and facilitate review meetings to track project progress.

- Liaise with business partners to identify and resolve risks and issues through the transition lifecycle

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience with 3 years of experience in BPM Transitions

- Experience in Insurance domain for US geography with exposure to both Voice and Back Office transitions

- Good understanding and experience in Project Management processes and tools

- Project Management certification/training such as PMP/PRINCE2 desirable
