Responsibilities:
- Establishing a culture and practices around continuous improvement in Allstate India in Pune
- Coaching and guiding operations leads on process improvement methodologies and tools
- Liaising with Allstate US to identify and deploy key continuous improvement practices being deployed in Allstate organization
- Owning a productivity target and driving the same through operations leads
Required skills and experience:
- 10 years total experience
- Atleast 5 years in Lean, Six Sigma implementation in back office (preferably in financial services)
- Black Belt in Six Sigma will be a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and pursuation skills
- Ability to work independently
