Allied Express is looking for a dynamic person to run their operations and help them improve existing process for better productivity. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for monitoring &amp; managing day to day operations. - Managing teams across different offices and verticals. - Briefing station members on processes of Sales, operations and accounts. - Helping managers across stations in planning and prioritising tasks and motivating their staff. - Managing multiple stakeholders like vendors, customers, liaising with principals etc . - Project Planning, Implementation, Identifying risks and mitigation. - Continuously working to improve overall logistics &amp; operations, overviewing vendor selection, First mile expenses, overviewing pick up and connection process, overviewing shipment warehouse process. - Process development of new methods, best practices &amp; recommendations to achieve optimal results for the business. Experience Requirements : Must have : - Experience in running a day to day operations and administrative activities. - Experience in process development and process improvement. - Good communication skills - written and verbal.
