Role Description :

- Strategic engagement with business partners for developing and executing innovative strategies to achieve business objectives and meet company goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers across partner community..

- Build long-term partnerships and trust .

- Measure and communicate value delivered to ensure strength of relationship.

- Build alliance strategies across the Partners, Business Units, Sales and the ability to interface and drive results at the executive management levels both within own organization and with the partners and other external parties

- Develop and maintain metrics for tracking the success of the relationship of the organization and partners

- Build new partnerships which are strategic and in line with the organization vision.

- Build and manage high-performance team.

- Define and review business plans for each team Member based on partner needs, and organizations strategic direction

- Explain and consistently enforce directives from Corporate while focusing on quota attainment with each partner.

- Build relationships with internal customers at all levels (Sales, Practices and delivery), and the extended team of Accounts and Purchase.

- Drive Partner wise business within organization.

- Enable Sales and Presales teams with required support from Partners.

- Provide regular pipeline forecasts and business health checks to senior management both sides.
