Alliance Infotech - Business Analyst/Project Coordinator - eCommerce Domain

Require a Business Analyst with In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce Domain to drive faster, bolder innovation through a strategic and coordinated approach across e-commerce portals and businesses of Alliance Infotech.

1. Strategy and innovation, Market research and competitive analysis

2. Idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition

3. Technology and e-commerce platform decisions, jointly with Engineering team

4. Website feature and functionality roadmaps

5. Translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, wireframes and product specifications

6. Shall be responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution of the same.

7. Drive a superior customer website experience by continuously extending proven site optimization approaches to drive incremental sales & profit

8. Be the product owner and business driver for the e-commerce business.

9. Manage and foster third-party relationships to provide thought leadership and leading edge solution.

Desired Skills and expertise -

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science or higher degree.

- Minimum 4-6 years of IT experience as Project Lead / Manager role.

- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels.

- Experience of content management systems (Specially Magento). Previous experience using web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic e-commerce plan for the site.

- A strong track-record of managing and developing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage external suppliers.

- Strategic thinking: articulates strategic plans and anticipates unpredictability.

- Disciplined work approach: gets task completed on time and to high standards, manages relationships with others - gaining commitment to resources, deadlines and priorities.

- Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.

- Experience of managing ecommerce platforms at manager level with technical skills in e-commerce strategic planning, business, financial principles and e-commerce market development.

- Proven track record of increasing sales and traffic to corporate/brand websites.
