1. Provide Technical and Project Management leadership in Insurance domain
2. Manage single large project or multiple small to medium projects
3. Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple tasks
4. Ensure SOW deliverables are delivered as per the expected Quality, Schedule and Budget
5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction at all given opportunities and at the same time be able to negotiate challenging schedules and timelines
6. Be able to manage and communicate requirements change
7. Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions and be able to communicate the same to senior management. Should be able to define and implement mitigation plans
8. Track project milestone and deliverables
9. Implement and follow organization processes and procedures
10. Assist Business Development team and Project Management office in responding to RFPs
11. Identify problems and actionable tasks that enable quick resolution
12. Implement Corrective and Preventive action items as and where necessary on the project
13. Identify improvement opportunities and track them to closure
14. Effectively recognizes and rewards desirable performances
15. Foster innovation and risk taking abilities
16. Initiates and supports organizational development activities
17. Support team in career growth with respect to organizational objectives
18. Assist in developing best practices in area of expertise
19. Be proactive and respond to customer and internal project needs on priority
20. Resource management, conflict resolution and mentoring team members, responsible for resource appraisal.
