Our success has driven us to expand globally, and we are excited about growing our team in Bangalore in 2019! As part of this growth, we are expanding the Model Center of Excellence (COE) team. This team is the first line of defense for model owners and users. As the Senior Analyst, Model COE, you will partner with multiple cross-functional teams with the development, enhancement, validation and governance of complex models throughout multiple areas of the business.

Maintenance and monitoring are the two major functions of the Senior Analyst, Model COE. Maintenance will require you to determine and develop a maintenance plan, document, own, and perform the maintenance tasks on a regular cycle. Monitoring will require you to review existing documentation, analyze performance over time, and make recommendations to the business. As a Senior Analyst, you will be asked to lead and conduct meetings and influence the business based on your recommendations.

Education, experience, and knowledge skills and abilities that are minimal requirements in this role are as follows:

- Bachelor's Degree/PG with a focus in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Business Statistics

- Two or more years work experience in advanced financial modeling, querying and validating data sets, and an understanding of financial metrics and statements.
