ALLEN Career Institute Overseas - Head - Human Resources (UAE) Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop corporate strategies for the organization employees such as compensation, employee benefits, health and medical, etc. - Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, recruitment, training and development, attrition control, employee engagement, employee grievances etc. - Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics - Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance - Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with senior management employees and legal authorities (if required) - Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards - Liaising with different verticals Head for their HR requirements - Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required - Anticipate and resolve litigation risks - Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics - Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements. - Handling employee benefits. - Identifying staffing needs and creating recruitment and training budgets etc. - Designing and directing recruitment process and training programs. - Manages confidential and sensitive employee information and adheres to strict data privacy standards. - Escalates broken processes and employee experiences. Continuously dives deep to find new ways to improve the employee experience and speed of resolution. - Achieves key performance indicator (KPI) goals and objectives in line with the organization's goals. Requirements & skills : - Proven experience in leading HR vertical. - Should have worked or working in UAE. - Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - HR Strategy formation and Budget management experience. - Bachelor's degree with MBA in HR - Relevant Experience ; min. 4 years
