Job Description

- Work with large amounts of data related to user behavior, competitive landscape, market insights, identify trends; analyze it to find conclusions and present the findings using appropriate visualization tools.

- Ownership of full analytics for the organization's performance metric: Planning, structuring, identifying key reports to be made, and automation of the reports.

- Liaison with the Leadership team and the execution teams to translate business goals into processes and implementation plans - especially on end-to-end customer experience across all touch points.

- Establish and monitor performance benchmarks across divisions.

- Creating systems/trackers/dashboards across the organization to increase real-time data visibility.

Eligibility :

- Education: BTech (IIT or NIT).

MBA (from the top 30 B-schools in India) will be a plus.

- Desired Skills and Functional Experience:1-2 years of relevant work experience in analytics. (Big 4 experience will be a plus)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

- Strong hold on SQL/Python will be a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently, drive projects, and liaison across teams to drive execution and implementation.

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Should be able to translate business problems to analytics.
