JOB DESCRIPTION:-

The Assistant General Manager of Inside Sales will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth.

- Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.

- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

- Coach and mentor team members to develop their sales skills and knowledge of the product.

- Ensure that the team is up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

- Ensure that the team is meeting or exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role - Mandatory

- Experience in the Edtech industry preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Handled 100+ Inside Sales Team

- Results-driven and customer-focused.

- Experience in B2B Sales ( International College ) - Preferred
