Allegro Advisors is a Bangalore based independent full service investment bank that builds value for a variety of clients from corporates to high net worth individuals and professionals. Over the past 13 years, Allegro's Corporate Finance team has advised clients on a diverse range of industries on transactions such as fund raising, mergers & acquisitions and IP licensing.

Allegro is now looking to recruit professionals for its Corporate Finance team with minimum experience of 7 years to lead:

- Business Development

- Execution of mandates

The ideal candidate would be a CA or MBA with a good academic record and between 8 and 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance/ Private Equity. The candidate should be a well-rounded professional with:

- Strong relationships and business development skills

- Strong track record in deal execution

- Ability to work independently and knowledge focus

- Strong business analysis skills

- Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office

- Ability to independently handle and meet client expectations

- Excellent communication skills
