Over the past 13 years, Allegro's Corporate Finance team has advised clients on a diverse range of industries on transactions such as fund raising, mergers & acquisitions and IP licensing. We have concluded - 75 transactions worth - US$1 billion since inception and are among the largest India originated investment banks in the country.  Allegro is now looking to recruit professionals for its Corporate Finance team with minimum experience of 2 years up to 5 years to assist and lead in :   - Execution of mandates   - New business development ideation and support  The ideal candidate would be a CA or MBA with a good academic record and relevant experience in Corporate Finance/ Private Equity/Transaction Advisory/ Due diligence/Consulting.  The candidate should be a well-rounded professional with :   - Strong analytical and execution skills  - Strong track record in deal execution   - Ability to work independently and knowledge focus   - Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office   - Ability to independently handle and meet client expectations   - Excellent communication skills   Interested candidates are called upon to send their CVs providing details of the experience and the current and expected remuneration
