1. Gathering data and performing research in the premium online category.
2. He/She will use customer service data, observations and market trends and reports to get a clear picture of the department's operations and ways to improve it.
3. The focus will be on improving the customer service experience and user experience of premium Clients.
4. Conducting primary and secondary research as well as analyse the results.
5. They must also be able to translate their findings into easy to understand reports or presentations for management.
6. Strategy formulation to implement the findings of research outcome to effective change of client prospective towards the business portfolio assigned.
7. She/he will develop process improvement strategies.
8. They will have to work with Product, Marketing and Sales team to get the strategies implemented.
9. Keeping a track of CSAT score and NPS for continuous engagement of clients.
