Store Manager Job Description: - Handling the store of Raw Materials, BOP, consumables & Spare - Verification of Rate, Quantity & Tax invoice according to PO & Informing the purchasing department in case of difference - Store audit - Manage store inventory as per ABC analysis/FMSN and update the record of the shortfall - Good knowledge of proper allocation and tagging of material, special tagging of raw material in a defined area - following up and arranging the meeting with the user/department for any kind of pendency related RGP/GRN/STO/PO/FMSN - Material received and GRN posting to the company portal - Making PR in SAP as per user demand with the standard timeline given by management - Making daily and monthly reports - Store reconciliation & periodically physical stock check - Maintain and update parts codes and vendor list - Timely action on damage and non-moving stock & track the status of any order - Basic Knowledge of Computers MS Word , Excel, Internet, Knowledge of Tally and work on latest version of SAP 54llana, GRIM
