Role Summary: Will be responsible to maintain & ensure Quality Standards by enforcing sampling & testing procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure documentation, implementation & maintenance of Food Safety Management System. 2. Coordinate for External Audits with Customers, Certification Bodies, Halal, Kosher, RSPO & other Certifications. 3. Conduct Internal Audit & Management Review Meetings as per FSSC 22000 guidelines. 4. Coordinate with Marketing & resolve customer complaints, customer feedback to improve Quality. 5. Analyze Customer Complaints along with Root Cause & CAPA. 6. Ensure Closure of Audit Findings along with Root cause, Corrections & Corrective action. 7. Coordinate with Laboratory Personnel so as to maintain the Quality as per Specification. 8. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the Personnel Hygiene and implementation & maintenance of GMP. 9. Ensure quality of raw material, in-process material, packaging material & finished product as per specifications. 10. Responsible for vendor audit & approval along with Purchase Team. 11. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements such as FSSAI, W&M requirements. 12. Coordinate with respective stakeholders for conducting Food Safety & Hygiene Training at Regular Intervals. 13. Assist R & D Manager in R & D activities in development of New Products as per Customer Specification. We are looking for Post graduates in Food Technology with thorough knowledge of FSMS, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, RSPO and similar certifications.
