Purpose of the position: Will be responsible to lead the regional sales team to achieve and amplify sales while delivering excellent value to the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Develop &amp; implement business strategy for the respective region to drive profitability. - Ensure all the sales and marketing programs are communicated, implemented and coordinated in the region. - Effectively monitor and control expenses. - Conceptualize and execute sales promotion schemes to increase brand visibility. - Responsible for Retail Channel Sales and General Trade across the region. - Monitor and improve customer's and distributor's support to ensure they are motivated to buy and sell our products by providing product updates, training and marketing information. - Build new distribution partners and channels while expanding existing ones to increase market access. - Identify &amp; develop new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business for profitability. - Analyze sales data to accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. - Understand competition and their opportunities to increase market share. - Prepare management reports on the brand's performance, needs and forecasts. - Implement pricing strategies as per Market needs and requirements. - Liaison with Logistics &amp; Factory Teams to ensure smooth flow of stocks and to maintain CFA. What we are looking at: - Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales with at least 2 years as a Regional Sales Manager or 5 years as an Area Sales Manager. - Must have an experience in Edible oils necessarily. - Exposure in leading a team of Sales individuals is mandatory.
