Day to Day responsibilities: - Orientation and OKR sessions for employees - Understanding the company and solution needs from the technology perspective and the core skill set requirements for the respective position. - Head hunting the best coding, data sciences, front end talent for the company. - Background checks of prospective employees and fraud management. - Managing the timings and leave schedule for the employees and interns. - Making sure the product team is keeping pace with the everyday deadlines. - Innovative and improved ways of giving assignments and online coding. - Analysis of the candidates applying and innovative ways of finding best talent and managing brand. - Managing the Payroles documents.
