Salary offered : INR 6 - 14 LAKHS PER ANNUM (Depending on work and skill set)

- Plan and execute all organic and paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including SEO / SEM and Social Media - Linkedin

- Scale growth and optimization efforts for our digital properties including our website, landing pages, e-mails, microsites and other touchpoints

- Marketing a B2B solution to the target audience who are not so tech savvy

- Brand Marketing and presence strategy

- Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, and sales team to drive key campaigns

- Help drive coordinated go-to-market activities and planning

- Conducting custom webinars with the target audience to increase demand and educate on the latest in the technology

Skill set needed :

- 2+ years in online marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment or HOSPITALS

- Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical

- Technical experience with A/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize), - Analytics (eg. Google Analytics), Data APIs (eg. Clearbit, Datanyze), User testing (eg., Hotjar, surveys), CMS (eg. WordPress, Craft), CRM (eg. Salesforce, Marketo)

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; SQL a plus

- Hands on experience with Adwords, Linkedin Ads

- Hands-on experience managing implementing testing frameworks and managing testing programs at scale

- Proven experience managing customer acquisition efforts in paid, organic, and viral channels

- Demonstrable experience working with top-tier creative teams and designers to deliver award-winning work

- Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets)

- Have a proven track record of delivering business results

- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally

- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about product, and working with startup companies

- Experience managing growth and performance oriented teams
