Academic & Professional Qualifications : - Technical degree in Engineering with 15+ Experiences
- Experience in handling the team
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with Windows Laptops, mobile tools and CRM applications
- Knowledge on ISO 17025 / USP / OIML related to lab equipment's

Key Task & Accountabilities : - Team Leader - Field Services will be responsible for all India service operations and delivering the desired customer service experience.
- The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability
- Provide service and customer support by himself / herself or through the technicians and handling escalations
- Responsible for service revenue generation
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks of the region / territory
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to key customers
- Produce timely and detailed reports on service and revenue performances
- Implementation of new process and owning the ongoing processes
- Follow all company's field procedures and protocols
- Maintain positive relation with Sales /Product Management team/Quality Control Department and share information across the organization
- Analysis of Filed Failure Rate and sharing the detailed root cause analysis of the failure
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers
