(Electrical/Mechanical) Experience : 15 - 20 years Preferred Industry : Consumer Business Appliance Purpose To manage Service Business &amp; Operation management, provide leadership for effective and efficient management of Customer Services. To make the service business more modern and consumer oriented Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for All India Service Operations for entire Product Range of Consumer Appliances and Non Appliances business. - Interact with Production team to improve Quality and Processes. - Significant interaction with Quality Assurance team, taking observation of product complaints and the addressing the same. - Responsible for after sales support infrastructure. - Responsible for Annual Business plan and Service Revenue. - To ensure quality Services and Customer Satisfaction by excelling on SLAs. - Profitability of Service Business &amp; Revenue Generation through AMCs, Spares Sales, Revamp and Repair jobs. - Develop clear business strategy and streamline processes. - Align setup with Organisation objective and vision. - Expand network and improve infrastructure and Channel Management. - Key accounts management and co-ordination. - Central planning for spares and its inventory management. - Process development and its implementation. - - Ensure compliance of policy and processes - Monitor Store &amp; spare parts dispatch. Required Skills and Competencies: - Incumbent should lead the team and develop modern ways of in service. Refurbish a 3-4 year plan and be a link between Consumer and production team.
