We are hiring for an 8-year old Healthcare solutions client in Bangalore.
Following are the job-responsibilities :
- Organize, Deploy and direct Field operations, appoint dealers, lead and drive sales vertical independently.
- Excellent understanding of speciality markets in field of Cardiology, Vascular and Dental along with a very strong customer connect with KOLs/KBLs.
- Delivering top line and bottom line revenue targets. Achieve revenue targets month on month basis.
- Ability to identify, develop dynamic team colleagues, drive change and deliver targets results.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to proactively identify and sell new opportunities
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies for targeted prospects
- Prepares and submits sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects on a national level.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Ability to develop market from the ground level. Ability to develop teamwork of Sales department.
- Have a clear understanding of client needs and business objectives to ensure we are meeting client expectations. Have a clear pre- determined objective.
- Need to be proactive in the areas of healthcare market. Need to have a firm decision making capability of capturing the market.
- Contribution in new product development. Existing revenue and growth.
- Senior level Client Relationship development.
- Should have background of selling healthcare products to hospitals.

- MBA graduates with proven Sales records.
Additional qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Consistent track-record of meeting revenue / collection targets at National / South Indian regional level
- Able and willing to generate own sales in addition to sales through team
- Strong understanding of working capital cycle and how to improve it
- Willing to travel extensively within India. Strong team player, able to build and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of any other software related to the Sales will be an added advantage.
- Should be a self-starter and excited to work in a fast growing 8-year old firm.
