JOB PURPOSE - - Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long-range and annual priorities of the business. - Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization. - Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization KEY DELIVERABLES -&nbsp; - Help identify future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system. - Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization. - Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization a preferred place to work. - Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training. - Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes. Technical Skills Must have worked in strategic HR areas, including - - Talent acquisition - Talent management - Leadership Development - Performance Management - Compensation and Benefits - Change Management - Rewards and Recognition Willing to work in a rapidly expanding, and dynamic startup organisation
