Research Head:  - Understanding the scope of work and implementing the most appropriate research methodology and techniques  - Introduce ratings for the builder projects on various parameters  - Person should have Real Estate research background  - Data collection and analysis of data to produce meaningful insights and get it published   - Evaluate the competitive projects in the catchment area.   - Meeting the clients to understand the scope of work.  - Review the output done by associate analyst and give appropriate comments.   - Should be comfortable in working on complex financial models.   - Researching on new topics that impact the real estate market and preparing reports that can be used for marketing.   - Actively carrying out complex market assessment, developer assessment, consumer surveys, and demand estimations.  - Responsible for project feasibility analysis/location analysis/financial analysis/city analysis/micro analysis/due diligence.  - Training of the new joiners and acquainting them with different terminologies of organization.   Qualification:   - MBA from top institute is preferred
