We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as a Director of Advanced Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple client engagements, driving multi-million outcomes in the global operations of Fortune 500 companies by applying AI/ML, Process Sciences, Hyper Automation, and Business Intelligence capabilities. Your expertise will enable our clients to optimize their global value chains and achieve significant efficiencies.

As the Director of Advanced Analytics, you will lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively towards multi-year roadmaps, ensuring successful project delivery. Your ability to navigate through ambiguity and engage with multi-tiered client organizations will be crucial. Additionally, you will develop consultative relationships with clients, becoming an extended arm of their teams and providing valuable insights and expertise.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience working with high-tech, oil and gas, and energy domains, although exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered. A good understanding of the latest advanced analytics and analytics capabilities evolving in the market is essential, along with an eye for applying these technologies to practical business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple client engagements to drive multi-million outcomes in the global operations of Fortune 500 companies.

- Apply AI/ML, Process Sciences, Hyper Automation, and Business Intelligence capabilities to optimize clients' value chains.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-year roadmaps for client projects.

- Drive efficiencies and process improvements in clients' global operations.

- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in advanced analytics and identify opportunities for their practical application.

- Develop compelling presentations to engage C-level executives within client organizations.

- Participate in pre-sales activities to win new deals and expand business opportunities.

- Contribute to organizational growth by building accelerators that synthesize learnings from client engagements.

- Co-create solution frameworks and technical architectures applicable across multiple clients' ecosystems.

- Attract, retain, groom, and mentor top talent to create the next generation of leaders within the organization.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional pods within a matrixed organization to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully leading advanced analytics projects and driving significant outcomes.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Process Sciences, Hyper Automation, and Business Intelligence capabilities.

- Experience working with hi-tech, oil and gas, or energy domains is preferred.

- Exceptional consulting skills with the ability to work closely with clients and become an extended arm of their teams.

- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and effectively deal with multi-tiered client organizations.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in advanced analytics and emerging analytics capabilities.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

- Experience in participating in pre-sales activities and winning new deals.
