Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any discipline - Minimum 4 to 6 years- experience in below skill set - Ability to work and deliver to deadlines - In-depth knowledge of HR tools - SAP &amp; Employee Central - Working knowledge of Payroll &amp; WFA for US &amp; Canada. - Educates colleagues and clients while serving as a subject matter expert across multiple process and knowledge areas. - Works to identify and implement ideas for improving the domain specific processes and methodologies. - Expert in computer applications including Excel &amp; Word, including VLookup, statistical functions and handling huge amount of data Skills Required: - Good written &amp; verbal communication skills - Good Interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks - Training Skills - Ability to identify process improvement ideas - Good process/Domain knowledge - Experience actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently - Flexibility to work in 24- 5 shift environment Job Locations: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
