Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing JD:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to optimize campaign targeting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creating compelling marketing assets.

- Manage and optimize campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and landing page optimization.

- Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CLV) for data-driven decision-making.

- Utilize marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) for monitoring and insights.

- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and lead a team of specialists, fostering collaboration and professional development.

- Drive campaigns within allocated budgets, ensuring positive ROI.

- Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights for optimization.

Branding JD:

- Develop and implement brand strategies aligning with Aliens Group's vision.

- Oversee consistent brand representation across all channels: digital, print, social media, events, and interactions.

- Conduct market research for insights into customer preferences and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling content and design assets.

- Lead impactful marketing campaigns for new and existing projects, maximizing visibility.

- Analyze marketing effectiveness for data-driven optimization of future strategies.

- Monitor brand sentiment and respond promptly to maintain a positive image.

- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Manage the brand budget for cost-effective execution of marketing activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas and keep Aliens Group at the forefront of the real estate market.

Desired Profile :

- MBA/PGDM from Top NIRF Ranked campus (IIM, IIT, NIT) in Marketing or equivalent field

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist preferably from real estate

- Extremely comfortable with numbers and sales planning by preparing budgets and approving expenditures

- Experience working on major digital marketing platforms like AdWords, Facebook, MMPs & tracking platforms. Knowledge of research tools such as SEMRUSH etc.

- Experience in the executing mobile and web marketing campaigns and reporting
