Sourcing Strategies Specialist - Procurement is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost-saving objectives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings objectives.

- Identify strategic suppliers aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.

- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive performance improvement.

- Implement supplier performance metrics and scorecards to monitor performance and drive accountability.

- Provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and contract management.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting procurement strategies.

- Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sourcing strategy effectiveness and supplier performance.
