Roles and Responsibilities:

- Researching potential vendors, suppliers and handling entire procurement life cycle process.

- Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

- Negotiating supply contracts with vendors; closing the final deals with vendors

- Buying the best of the equipment and goods for our company as well as customers.

- Comparing costs, quality and service to get the best value for money.

- Negotiating contracts and building vendor and supplier trust as well as tracking and monitoring the delivery and confirmation of all materials and supplies.

- Able to identify the potential vendors across countries to get the best quality within the budget allocated.
