Job brief We are looking to hire a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as finance, IT and drive P&L of the business with direct reporting into MD and Joint MD of the company. Primary responsibilities include enhancing business profitable revenue, overseeing customer touch points and implementing digital solutions. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical mind and strong business acumen. Ultimately, you- ll ensure our people are productive and operations run smoothly to drive business growth. Primary responsibilities include: - Enhancing cash flow turn around by 100% through extensive financial forecasting, better debt management, cash flow projections and efficient working capital management - Work on expansion strategy in new revenue streams and identifying the go-to-market strategy - Review metrics in Balance Score Card and track execution of activities against Actual scores - Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and analyze business performance periodically - Conduct review meetings in order to track operational performance with reference to AOP to evaluate an action plan for business continuity - Design trackers and templates for effective monitoring and reporting - Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to optimize costs, reduce turn-around time and minimize redundancy Basic requirements are: - Familiarity with all business functions including sales, HR, finance, operations and IT - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting - Good with numbers and financial planning - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and leadership ability - Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
