We are looking hire an IIM Graduate for the CRM team to set and monitor business strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. You'll be directly reporting into the COO of the company.
You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. Ultimately, we want you to increase revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company.
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle by developing high quality customer touchpoints
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive existing customers
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Suggest new methods to address customers- needs
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
