We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic expert to lead our high performing Marketing team with 5 to 15+ years of experience in similar profile across industry, preferably real estate. The incumbent will be responsible for segmenting the customer base, targeting and positioning our products and brand, communicating the product value and driving product distribution all the while balancing customer's interests and organisation's feasibility. Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing JD: - Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for customer acquisition and conversion. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to optimize campaign targeting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creating compelling marketing assets. - Manage and optimize campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and landing page optimization. - Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CLV) for data-driven decision-making. - Utilize marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) for monitoring and insights. - Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends and lead a team of specialists, fostering collaboration and professional development. - Drive campaigns within allocated budgets, ensuring positive ROI. - Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights for optimization. Branding JD: - Develop and implement brand strategies aligning with Aliens Group's vision. - Oversee consistent brand representation across all channels: digital, print, social media, events, and interactions. - Conduct market research for insights into customer preferences and competitor analysis. - Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling content and design assets. - Lead impactful marketing campaigns for new and existing projects, maximizing visibility. - Analyze marketing effectiveness for data-driven optimization of future strategies. - Monitor brand sentiment and respond promptly to maintain a positive image. - Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders. - Manage the brand budget for cost-effective execution of marketing activities. - Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas and keep Aliens Group at the forefront of the real estate market. Candidate Profile : Specifically, the candidate should have : - MBA/PGDM from Top NIRF Ranked campus (IIM, IIT, NIT) in Marketing or equivalent field - Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist for at least 2+ years from real estate, FMCG, e-commerce others would be preferred - Extremely comfortable with numbers and sales planning by preparing budgets and approving expenditures - Experience working on major digital marketing platforms like AdWords, Facebook, MMPs & tracking platforms.
