Aliens Group - Deputy Sales Head - Real-estate EXP Only
Job brief :
- We are looking to hire Deputy Head of Sales to develop key growth sales strategies and action plan along with successful execution of these strategies to achieve your target in terms of sales and collection numbers. This will also include building and mentoring teams as well as understanding customer and market trends.
- You will directly report into Sales Head of the company.
- Ultimately, you'll ensure our Sales team is productive, lead funnel is optimized and sales operations run smoothly to drive business growth as per the plan.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve numbers and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their requirements through effective customer profiling
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends in the market
- Explore new avenues of revenue generation and cross-selling streams
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Mentor and inspire teams to achieve productivity and profits
Basic requirements are :
- Familiarity with Real-estate sales Open Plot Exp would be a plus
- Good with numbers and sales planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent leadership capability and people skills
- Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
