Job brief - We are looking to hire a Deputy Head of Marketing to optimize our company's marketing efforts, starting with maximizing the return on investment. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's projects. - You have to manage the marketing function to establish consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus develop insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, revenue, brand awareness, and more. Primary responsibilities include: - Craft strategies for the Marketing team, including Digital, Content and Creative - Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies - Track &amp; analyze campaigns across channels (outbound, inbound, social media, paid/free portals etc.) - Create customer journey relevant from the marketing campaigns standpoint &amp; define data-driven strategies for catching the customer in the moment of truth (to cross-sell) - Engage with stakeholders and provide key inputs while designing of campaigns - Assist on paid campaigns using Google Analytics and Facebook - Drive campaigns optimization through new ideas &amp; techniques - Report campaign performance and create monthly dashboards - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) Essential requirements are: - Strong analytical background with MBA from Top 5 institutes - Experience running successful marketing campaigns - Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas - Strong understanding of various digital platforms - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
