About the role :

- We are looking for a disbursement manager from premium colleges. It's highly demanding position. You will be directly reporting to Banking head, who in turn reports to MD of the company.

- You will own monthly portfolio of 5 Cr and handle a team of 5+ Senior Executives. Predominantly, role is target based and helps in growing top line to the organization.

- Individual in this role will be good at building relationships with banking stake holders and expediting banking disbursements. You will be growing the business by analyzing the data, motivating the team and independently closing the deals. Role also includes driving strategic decisions, substantiated by precise numbers.

Key Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM from premier institutions such as IIMs or B-tech from IITs

- At least 1-2 years of sales/customer relationship management experience from sectors such as home loan / insurance / startups / Banking.
