The incumbent will be responsible for planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand. S/he will be required to maintain constant interaction with customers, driving collections, post sales responsibilities, team management and collaboration with other business verticals.
- Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sales funnel
- Developing innovative and novel techniques of attracting and onboarding new sets of customers and ensuring timely collections
- Executing new onboardings, cross selling initiatives and low hanging collections
- Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work and handovers to the specific customer and providing them with a warm onboarding experience
