1).To develop an annual brand plan and to prepare plan for ATL and BTL activities for achieving sales targets. We are looking for people who worked with advertising agencies.
2). Tracking of Budget to ensure optimal use
3). Manage and develop agency/partner relationships
4). Manage post sales communications to customers for delivering brand promise
5). To work with the sales teams to ensure timely and relevant promotion of sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, events, press releases etc.
6). Responsible for internal and external communications - Must be creative and have top of the mind recall!
