We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic expert to lead our high performing Marketing team with 2 to 10+ years of experience in similar profile across industry, preferably real estate. The incumbent will be responsible forsegmenting the customer base, targeting and positioning our products, communicating the product value anddriving product distributionall the while balancing customer's interests and organisation's feasibility.

Job Responsibilities :

- Coordinating and executing customer research, creating competitive overview of industry and research and identifying target audience

- Developing product messaging and positioning framework

- Coordinating launch plans and defining product pricing in collaboration with other teams

- Prioritizing potential distribution channels

- Ensuring overall performance of product distribution efforts like budget management, team/agency coordination and performance metrics

- Testing, analysing and optimising distribution channels and executing marketing programs

- Providing effective assistance to team members and ensuring high business growth

Candidate Profile :

Specifically, the candidate should have :

- MBA/PGDM from Top NIRF Ranked campus (IIM, IIT, NIT) in Sales or equivalent field

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist for at least 2+ years from real estate, FMCG, e-commerce others would be preferred

- Extremely comfortable with numbers and sales planning by preparing budgets and approving expenditures
